Invoices are generated and mailed within 2 business days of shipment of your order. Email and fax are available upon request.
Please send any changes regarding billing contact or address in writing by fax (905-637-3363) or email: email@example.com , so we may properly service your account.
Payment in full for your invoices must be posted within the terms of your account or it will be considered past due. Invoices with an outstanding balance beyond your set term may cause your account to be placed on hold. Pending orders will be released once payment for past due invoices is received in full.
Credit Invoices will be sent to you in the same manner as invoices. Credits must be issued by us before they will be honoured. Please notify our accounting department if you wish to apply a credit to an existing invoice. Credits are not automatically applied to outstanding balances. Alternatively, you may apply credits to invoices on the remittance slip with your payment. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and must be used against future purchases. We do not issue cheques for credit balances.
Statements are sent monthly and are available upon request.
We accept payment in the form of cash, cheque, money order, EFT payments or on line banking. Credit cards are accepted with a 2.5% service charge unless the invoice is COD. In order to facilitate efficient payment processing and avoid any confusion regarding the application please include the following information on the remittance slip: account number, invoice/credit memos to be applied and the dollar amount of each invoice/credit memo. It is at your discretion to determine which invoices need to be paid to stay within the terms.
Continued late payments, credit holds, broken payment promises may result in a change of your credit terms.
Arctic Traveler Canada thanks you for your continued business and look forward to many more years. Should questions arise, please feel free to contact our credit department.
